Plaintiff appeals of right an order of the Court of Claims granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment based upon plaintiff’s failure to state a cause of action upon which relief could be granted. GCR 1963, 117.2(1).
From November 1, 1974, to April 15, 1975, plaintiff was employed by defendant as a clerk for defendant’s educational program at Jackson Prison. At all times during the period of this employment, plaintiff was an inmate at the prison.
