Plaintiffs, Kvaerner U.S. Inc. and Kvaerner Holdings Inc., brought suit against their commercial liability insurers, defendants, One Beacon Insurance Company and Century Indemnity Company, seeking defense and indemnity coverage for a large volume of asbestos bodily injury claims filed against Kvaerner in various jurisdictions.
