I. INTRODUCTION
Brian Wynn, John Williams, Awilda Guzman, Jose Otero, and Kevin Fulton (the “Named Plaintiffs”) bring this action alleging that their employer, the New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”), has been systematically under-compensating them due to their race and/or ethnicity.
