Per Curiam,

The trial judge directed a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendants filed a motion for judgment n. o. v. without assigning any reasons at all, and at the same time filed a motion for a new trial, assigning merely the formal reasons. Upon the argument additional reasons for a new trial were filed by the defendants. No objection was made to the filing of these additional reasons by plaintiff, but the practice is not to be commended, and is in direct violation of sections 192 and 193 of the Court Rules.
