This case comes before the court on petitioner Jeff Curran’s motion to review the decision of Special Master Corcoran to award only a portion of the attorneys’ fees and costs petitioner had sought in relation to his petition filed under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to -34 (“Vaccine Act”).
