Robert W. Sweat appeals from a judgment ordering him to pay $364,597.23 in restitution to the victims of his racketeering scheme. Sweat argues that: (1) he is entitled to offset payments made to the victims from the total amount of restitution ordered by the trial court; (2) the victims' claims were discharged in bankruptcy; and (3) he may assert a civil six-year statute of limitations as a defense to the victims' claims.
