The plaintiffs seek to enforce the execution of a trust by the four banking corporations, defendants in this case, claiming to recover of them the amount of two drafts or bills of exchange due to the plaintiffs from Charles Russell, the surviving partner cf Charles Russell & Son, who is also one of the defendants. The facts alleged in the bill and admitted by the answer, so far as it is now necessary to consider them, are briefly these.
