MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is the adversary complaint of Telmark, LLC (hereafter “Tel-mark”) (Adv. No. 01-2056-MBM), wherein Telmark seeks a determination that its claim against Todd Booher, the above-captioned debtor (hereafter “the- Debtor”), is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), 523(a)(4), and 523(a)(6). Also before the Court is the Debtor’s objection to Telmark’s claim (Mot. No. 01-7313M).
