THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendants E.W. Ventures, Inc. (“E.W. Ventures”) and Kevin Hagenstad’s Motion for Summary Judgment [DE-28]. This labor dispute arises from alleged wage violations at a local dry cleaning business. Plaintiff Exime filed a one-count Complaint seeking recovery under the Fair Labor Standards Act (the “FLSA”) [DE-1].
