PIVARNIK, Justice.

On November 6, 1985, Defendant-Appellant Early L. Oglesby was found guilty of robbery, a class C felony; confinement, a class D felony; burglary, a class B felony; rape, a class A felony; confinement, a class B felony; and robbery a class B felony. On December 11, 1985, the trial court sentenced him to the presumptive term on each crime, all to be served concurrently.
