PIVARNIK, Justice.

Aaron Andrews was found guilty by jury of count I, robbery, a class B felony, and count II, habitual offender. He was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment for the robbery count, enhanced by 80 years for the habitual offender finding. He directly appeals raising ten issues for our review:

1. propriety of the pre-trial identification procedure; >
