SIMONETT, Justice.
A Hennepin County jury convicted defendant-appellant Edward Potter Dolbeare of first degree felony murder in the death of Russell Miller. On appeal, defendant Dol-beare alleges erroneous admission of testimony, an improper jury instruction and prose-cutorial misconduct. We affirm.
Russell Miller lived alone in an apartment at the Calhoun Beach Club.
