The complaint alleges the following in substance:
The plaintiff is a concern furnishing engineering, construction, architectural and supervisory services. The defendant is a manufacturer of pulp and paper. In 1961, defendant invited the plaintiff, among others, to submit a bid for specified services in connection with an expansion of the defendant’s existing mill at Brunswick, Georgia.
