Mrs. Fredonia H. Fisher, hereinafter called the plaintiff, brought suit in Floyd superior court against Southeastern Greyhound Lines Inc., hereinafter called the defendant, and the Indemnity Insurance Company of North America. A demurrer to the petition was filed; the insurance company was stricken as a party defendant; and other amendments'were made to the petition to meet certain grounds of special demurrer. The court thereupon overruled the demurrers, and the defendant excepted pendente lite. The case proceeded to trial, and resulted in a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. The…
