This is a consolidated appeal pursuant to G.L.c. 40A, §17 from a decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “ZBA”) of the Town of Mansfield (the “Town”) granting a special permit to allow the defendants Peter DeTrolio and Maryann DeTrolio (the “DeTrolios”) to modify certain landscaping and screening buffers required by the Town’s Zoning By-Law (the “By-Law”).
