Reversing.

On July 8, 1911, the parties hereto 'entered into a written contract by which the distillery company obligated itself to build on its own premises a large barn in which to feed its own cattle the slop from its distillery, and to construct in connection therewith concrete pits to receive the'offal from the distillery and bam, which Fremd agreed to refeeive and to. distribute upon his farm adjoining the distillery premises.
