Biethman (Biethman) and Magna Bank of Southern Illinois (formerly known as Magna Bank of Centralia) (Magna Bank), appeal from a judgment of foreclosure entered on September 15, 1992, in favor of counterplaintiff, United Fire and Casualty Company (United Fire) in the principal amount of $700,000.
