In .1932 defendant Bishop Steamotor Corporation, a corporation organized in 1929, became owner of the real estate in controversy, an outlot in the town of Carlisle. On December 2, 1940, the property was sold at scavenger tax sale to Warren county for $488 for nonpayment of taxes for 1937, 1938, and 1939. On March 20, 1942 Kenneth M. Bishop purchased the certificate of tax sale from Warren county for $488. On April 8, 1942, a tax deed was issued to Kenneth. On June 18, 1946, Kenneth deeded the property to…
