This is a suit in chancery brought by Commercial Banking & Trust Company, a domestic banking institution, incorporated, of Parkersburg, against the Doddridge County Bank, a domestic banking institution, incorporated, of West Union, E. A. Rinehart, its receiver, George Ward, Commissioner of Banking, and C. E. Lawhead, as receiver for a number of closed banks. Its primary purpose, since the dismissal, on demurrer to the bill, of C.
