MAUGHMER, Commissioner.

Plaintiff sued to recover damages for personal injuries. The trial resulted in a verdict and judgment for her in the sum of $7500. Defendant has duly appealed.

On September 2, 1955, Arizona A. Hines, the plaintiff, was working as an employee of defendant Continental Baking Company, Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri. Her duties included removing hot loaves of bread from a conveyor belt and placing them on a steel bread rack.
