The appellee sued the appellant upon a promissory note and upon an account for money lent by the appellee to the appellant.
Issues were formed, the trial of which resulted in a verdict *396for the appellee. A motion for a new trial made by the appellant was overruled, and judgment was rendered on the verdict.
