Appellants, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., As Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC3 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates (“Wells Fargo”), Tom Croft (“Croft”), New Century Mortgage Corporation (“New Century”), and Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (“Carrington”), appeal an Order Granting Class Certification on behalf of appellees, Mary Ellen Wolf and David Wolf (collectively “the Wolfs”), On Behalf of Themselves and All Others Similarly Situated.
