One of the last questions raised by the record, but one of the first questions in the orderly consideration of the case, relates to the sufficiency of the indictment. The in dictment was returned under favor of §13175 GC. It seems to us sound, as argued by the plaintiffs in error, that the indictment does not charge defendants with making a false statement with an intention to deceive any one with relation to the property of the corporation or with relation to the value of the corporation’s property.
