MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LAMAR W. DAVIS, Jr., Chief Judge.
On January 16, 1991, a Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearing was held on the above- styled case. Counsel for the creditors, Mary M. Tutt and Lawrence W. Tutt, appeared at the Confirmation Hearing and indicated their intent to file a Motion for Relief from Stay in order to proceed against Debtor, Wanda M. Whipple, with an action in Superior Court for damages arising out of an automobile accident. Debtor Wanda Whipple was involved in the accident in which Mrs. Tutt was seriously injured.
