The debtor in this case, Judy F. Owens, (“Owens”), filed her petition for Chapter 7 bankruptcy relief on February 26,1998. Approximately one week later, the U.S. Trustee sent notice to the Court and all interested parties that Owens’ § 341 meeting of creditors had been scheduled for March 31, 1998.
