MEMORANDUM DECISION

Came On for consideration the chapter 7 trustee’s Motion to Reconsider this court’s Order Granting Motion for Protection by Muy Bueno Corporation in the foregoing matter. Muy Bueno, corporation, filed a voluntary chapter 7 petition on June 8, 2000. Muy Bueno’s president and sole shareholder, Mr. Robert Stanton, did not appear at the First Meeting held on July 5, 2000.
