OPINION

COATS, Chief Judge.

Jacalyn Bachlet was convicted, following a jury trial, of two counts of receiving a bribe, a class B felony, one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the sixth degree (possession of less than one half pound of marijuana), a class B misdemeanor, and three counts of solicitation to engage in the crime of delivering controlled substances, a class A misdemeanor.
