— Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment following a non-jury trial convicting him of one count each of coercion in the first degree (Penal Law § 135.65 [1]), sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.65 [1]), criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (Penal Law §265.01 [2]) and endangering the welfare of a child (Penal Law § 260.10 [1]).
