RUDDY, Judge.

This is an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff when the automobile she was driving was struck by an automobile operated by defendant. The verdict and judgment were in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $5,000. Defendant appealed.

Defendant raises no issue bearing on the question of liability. He confines his statement of alleged errors of the trial court to matters involving the damages awarded. However, he does contend that the cause should be reversed and remanded for a new trial on all issues. For this reason we state the facts…
