The errors assigned are of the most formal and perfunctory kind, and are sufficiently answered in the opinion of the learned judge below refusing a new trial. There is nothing in the case to justify bringing it here, and indeed there is considerable ground for belief that it was never intended in good faith to *387reach a hearing in this Court.
