I. Introduction
Plaintiff is the fiduciary for the Glass Dimensions, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan and Trust. The Glass Dimensions Plan, like other ERISA retirement plans, invested in collective trust funds. These were offered and managed by Defendants.1 Plaintiff asserts that Defendants breached their fiduciary duty to the Plan, in violation of ERISA, by taking unreasonable compensation for managing the securities lending program on behalf of the Collective Trusts.2 Plaintiffs seek to represent all ERISA plans that invested in a lending fund…
