OPINION

WINTHROP, Judge.

¶ 1 Plaintiff, Aaron Engler, appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of Defendant, Gulf Interstate Engineering, Inc. (“Gulf’). Engler was injured when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a vehicle driven by Ian Gray, a Gulf employee. En-gler filed suit against Gray and Gulf, alleging in part that at the time of the accident, Gray was acting within the course and scope of his employment with Gulf, and therefore Gulf was vicariously liable for Gray’s alleged negligence based on the doctrine of respondeat superior.
