MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HADEN, Chief Judge.

Pending before the Court is the Plaintiffs motion to remand. For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS the Plaintiffs motion and REMANDS this action to the Circuit Court of Wood County. The Court awards the Plaintiff attorney fees and costs.
