*176{¶ 1} This is an appeal as of right from two aggravated-murder convictions and death sentences. In 2011, Denny Obermiller pleaded guilty to the rape and murder of his grandmother, Candace Schneider, and the murder of her husband, Donald Schneider. A three-judge panel unanimously sentenced Obermiller to death for the aggravated murders and to more than 32 years in prison for his noncapital convictions.

{¶ 2} We affirm his convictions and death sentences.
