On this day, the Court considered Defendant Tenet Hospitals' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint. ECF No. 22. For the reasons below, the Motion is DENIED .
I. BACKGROUND
The following facts are alleged in Plaintiff Consuelo Cervantes' Second Amended Complaint ("SAC"), ECF No. 25, and, at this stage, are accepted by the Court as true. See Ashcroft v.
