This action was filed on July 23, 1974, by Patricia C. McArthur and two other female former flight attendants of Southern Airways, Inc., against Southern and the Transport Workers Union and its Airline Stewards and Stewardesses Division which are the collective bargaining representatives of Southern’s flight attendants.
