{¶ 1} Appellant, Douglas Schlabach appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Appellees, Daniel and Nancy Sinclair, and Dennis Macko and Anne Hausmann-Macko, and denying his cross-motion for summary judgment in this equitable action for deed reformation.
