SAVOIE, Judge.-

| following a criminal trial wherein Patrick Jeansonne was convicted of disturbing the peace under La.R.S. 14:103, a jury in the instant civil action found that Mr. Jeansonne had been arrested without probable cause and awarded $5,000 in damages. In addition, the jury separately awarded Mr. Jeansonne $20,000 in damages after finding that the arresting officer had filed a false report and $25,000 in damages after finding that the. arresting officer testified falsely in connection with the criminal trial.
