This is an action for damages, alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff, through the wrongful acts of the defendants.

The complaint alleges, that the plaintiff was in the employment of the defendant railroad company as a conductor, and while in charge of a freight train on the 6th of May, 1911, at a station called Crestón, stepped on an iron bolt, that had been allowed to remain on the right of way, near the railroad track, which caused him to be thrown to the ground, and under the wheels of said freight train, then moving…
