Alex White, III, entered a conditional guilty plea to being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2) (2012), and was sentenced to 70 months’ imprisonment. See Fed. R. Crim. P. 11(a)(2). Appellate counsel has filed a brief pursuant to Anders v.
