—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Chester, dated February 27, 2002, which approved plans for the construction of a senior citizens’ center and a community theater in Abendroth Park, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Barone, J.), entered August 7, 2002, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
