The evidence is without dispute that the plaintiff through one of its agents left the automobile here sued for with City Garage & Sales Company, to be kept and delivered by said City Garage & Sales Company to another agent of plaintiff. That while the automobile was thus being held, the City Garage & Sales Company sold the car to a third party, taking a retention title contract to secure deferred payments, and transferred this contract and car therein described to the claimant here, receiving therefor a valuable consideration.
