This is an appeal from the circuit court for the county of Kent by plaintiff from an order granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment.

The following is an agreed statement of facts stipulated to by the parties:

“On September 15, 1960, at approximately 7:35 a.m., the plaintiff Edward J. Ladner left the General Motors Corporation, Fisher Body Division Plant No. 2, at 2060 Voorheis, N.W., Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he had just completed work on the 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shift.
