Hall, Judge.
The plaintiff brought this action for the death of her daughter, alleging as the cause of death gross negligence of the driver of an automobile in which her daughter was a passenger. The defendant assigns error on the judgment of the trial court overruling her motion for new trial. Held:
“When there is no assignment of error complaining that a request to charge was not given in the exact language of the request, and the request is substantially covered ... by the court, no reversible error is shown. State Farm Mut. Auto Ins. Co. v. Rogers, 105 Ga. App. 778, 784 (125 SE2d 893).”…
