Joseph Sarich, an employe of the Utah Consolidated Mining Company, was injured in the course of his employment September 20,1923, and as a result of such injury died October 11, 1923. On October 1, 10 days before his death, he was married to Manda Rukavina, who had living with her four minor children, Katie, Nick, Mary, and Matilda, from 8 to 15 years of age, children by a former husband.
