This is a writ of error to reverse a judgment rendered by tiie Circuit Court of Jersey county, at the April term, 1844, ordering the sale of the real estate of Elisha Madden, deceased, to pay the debts of the deceased, on the petition of his administrator, John M. Davis.

"Various objections are alleged against the order authorizing the sale, which we have fully considered, and find no one of them substantial.

The petition sets forth all the facts, and contains all the allegations requisite to give the court jurisdiction.
