Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Bonnie G. Wittner, J., on suppression motion; Edward J. McLaughlin, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered August 1, 2006, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to a term of 6V2 years, unanimously affirmed.
