This is an original action filed by the relatrix against the respondent as judge of the Probate Court of Vanderburgh County, in mandate, to compel the granting of a change of venue from the county in an action for damages, pending in that court, entitled: Essie Ray, Administratrix v. Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company, James Joyce. The motion for the change of venue is verified and in due form of law. An alternative writ of mandate was issued by this court.
