The question is whether respondent Donald A. Brown, hereinafter referred to as “claimant”, is eligible for the benefits provided by the Missouri Employment Security Law, Chapter 288, RSMo 1949 and 1957 Supp., V.A.M.S. (All statutory references are to said revision.)
