While the case is styled, Arkansas Grain Corporation against Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London, the real parties in interest are the Grain Dealers Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter called “Grain Dealers”), as appellant, and Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London (hereinafter called “Lloyd’s”), as appellee.
